I saw the picture of your hedgehog on its dirty wheel. That type of wheel is very dangerous for hedgehogs. You really should change it.

You’re funny. I’m fully aware that I don’t have the best wheel for my hedgies (that would be a bucket type wheel, if you’re wondering) but the danger from the silent spinner wheels comes from owners not thoroughly inspecting to make sure the pieces are tightly together. Which I do. Every couple of days when I clean out their cages. They’re tight together, don’t you worry your pretty little head about it. :)
*I also plan on upgrading soon, silent spinners are a bitch to clean.
