I don’t know everything, but I know A LOT. I kind of have to. I have 3 hedgehogs that I care for. I did extensive research before I got my first hedgie over a year ago, then I gained a lot more knowledge from actually owning one. I made sure I knew everything and anything about them, from what to feed them, to what temperature to keep them, to what their damn shit color means. If it’s one damn thing I’m good at, it’s caring for animals. I love animals more than I like people and if I’m going to be responsible for an animal, I want to know the ins and outs of caring for them. And any pet, no matter if they’re exotic or not, deserves to be properly cared for. So yeah, I am going to get pissy and rude when people don’t take time out of their fucking day to look something up. Or when they think that looking at a few websites counts as research. People make mistakes, I’m aware, but what pisses me off is when people don’t own up to them. Take the person I just reblogged about the hamster ball, she messaged me and said it was mainly to see what their hedgie would do, and I want to give her a round of applause for that. Out of all the people I reblog pointing out improper care, only a handful actually message me and own up to it or ask what they should do right, most people get their fucking panties in a bunch because THEY didn’t bother to check if something was good for THEIR pet. It’s bullshit that I have to sit here day after day and point out what people are doing wrong when the unlimitless knowledge of the internet is right at their fucking finger tips.

I am so fucking tired of people telling me how to run MY blog. I have a shitton of things I’d rather be doing, I work a full time job doing something I hate, I have 2 fucking cats and 3 hedgehog I love playing with, but I still take time to get on this damn blog and answer people’s questions to the best of my knowledge because I want to help, and fuck yes I do get bitchy when people do stupid shit, but I provide good information because I fucking care.
